One of the fascinating aspects of art is that everyone is attracted by something different. Some art lovers are drawn to particular colors, media or size of the work; others are interested primarily in the subject or genre. Regardless of your personal taste, I hope you enjoy this virtual visit.

About My...

Art

My work explores the boundaries between abstract and representational art. Starting with familiar subjects - the table where we gather, summer fruit from the garden, birthday tulips - I experiment and manipulate composition, color and form. I hope to convey some nuance or detail that allows the viewer to share my experience.

Throughout the galleries you'll find a wide variety of work. Oil and acrylic paintings on canvas, paper or board can be found in art galleries I through III.

Individual study with artists: Robert Burridge, Randall Sexton, Carolyn Meyers, Stanley Goldstein, Kent Rupp, and Larry Robinson.
